On two wheels - Fingerless gloves, Mitts and Mittens
After releasing my Easing Flow hand accessories, a few cheerful messages from cyclists rolled into my inbox. So here I am - despite not being a cyclist myself - happily swept up by this fun little motif! I followed the wheels of inspiration and ended up designing a whole mini-fleet of mittens, mitts, and fingerless gloves for all you wonderful two-wheeled adventurers. I hope these stitchy companions keep your hands cozy and your rides extra delightful!

SIZES
The pattern includes one size (M/L) and three different versions—mittens, mitts, and fingerless gloves—to fit an adult hand with 18–20.5 cm / 7–8 in circumference.
Yarn thickness will affect the finished measurements. If you choose a different yarn, please take this into account, especially if you wish to customise your accessories further.
PATTERN NOTES
All three designs are worked from the bottom up. Both the corrugated rib cuff and the hand is worked in stranded colourwork, with an integrated thumb gusset. The mittens’ thumb top is completed at the end. The mitts’ thumb is worked separately. The fingerless-glove four half-fingers and thumb are worked separately.
CHART NOTES
In order to create two mirroring mitts/mittens/gloves these patterns have charts for left and right hands, which include cuff and thumb gusset. The palm and the back of hand are the same for each hand. Ensure you are working from the correct hand chart, and read the charts from right to left throughout.
PLEASE NOTE: the pattern is for personal use only
